Delivery is free all over Australia. For the delivery of products internationally, see the pricing below.
How long does it take to delivery your products?
If you want a product to be delivered to an address in NSW, Victoria, Queensland or the ACT, orders made before 12.00pm on a weekday should be delivered to you on the following business day.
For metropolitan orders going to South Australia, Western Australia, The Northern Territory and Tasmania made before 12.00pm on a weekday, please allow between 3 and 5 business days for delivery.
For metropolitan orders made after 12.00pm, please allow an additional day. For remote or regional areas, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.
For express deliveries, Gold Rose Emporium uses DHL. Please note all express deliveries will incur an additional cost.

Can Gold Rose Emporium delivery to PO Boxes?
Yes but please note that deliveries to PO Boxes most often takes longer. Allow 3 to 6 business days for deliveries to metropolitan areas (locationdependent). PO Box deliveries may also take longer in remote and regional areas.
PO Box deliveries are handled via Australia Post and can be tracked. If express delivery to a PO Box is required, please call 1300 132 117 as there will be an additional cost.
Please allow an additional day for delivery when orders are placed after 12.00pm on a weekday.
Gold Rose Emporium will not be held liable for delays caused by Australia Post.
Can my order be tracked?
Yes. You should receive an email from Gold Rose Emporium towards the end of the business day with details for tracking your product. If you have not received an email from us, please check your junk email folder.
Deliveries can also be tracked via our delivery partners if you have a consignment number.
